Hello friends, family, and strangers! Welcome to my blog: It's Raining Somewhere.

On this, the 23rd anniversary of my birth I am delving into a new venture!

I have been toying with the idea of starting a blog for quite awhile, but since I have far too many varying interests it didn't seem like a very coherent idea.

I recently came to the realization that the template page of every blog site is meant as a suggestion, and not as a set of rules for engagement. So here we go. Being passionate about too many things is actually rather stressful, and my inner two feels as though everyone around them also needs to be passionate about 100 different things. I want everyone to dive deep into the things that excite them, and in order to encourage that in others, I figured I should reign it in and do it myself.

12 Months and 12 Tasks that is my goal for this year, and no I shall not jinx it by calling it a resolution. Each month is dedicated to a different passion, project, or subject that I want to explore. I KNOW. It IS simple.

This blog is meant to act as a tracker for my progress, an accountability partner if you will. I am happy to have you along with me. Don't worry, I will also be sharing my long-winded stories and antidotes as I please! Disclaimer: none of these posts will be critically edited, nor will they follow basic grammatical rules. I swear someone at some point taught me that you put a double-space after every sentence. Go ahead and get upset. But I write like I talk, and I talk in nonsensical fragments.
